David Li

David Li is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the MPH Program at the University of New Hampshire’s Department of Health Management and Policy. He is a practitioner-scholar with expertise in healthcare administration, policy implementation, strategic planning, health system leadership, health services management, public health, advocacy, healthcare financial management, physician practice, community health needs assessment, and evaluation in public health. He teaches courses including HMP 401 (US Health Care Systems), HMP 403 (Introduction to Public Health), PHP 926 (Evaluation in Public Health), and others.
