David Levine

David Levine is a Professor of Law at Elon University School of Law and Associate Dean of Faculty Development (2024–2025). He holds affiliations as an Affiliate Scholar at Stanford Law School’s Center for Internet and Society, Fellow at UNC’s Center for Information, Technology, and Public Life, and Fellow at the University of Milan’s Information Society Law Center.
