Dr. David Lancaster is an Associate Professor of Composition at the School of the Arts, York St John University since 1994. His work spans over 100 original compositions performed globally, including orchestral, chamber, choral, and electronic pieces. He served as Composer in Residence at Charterhouse (funded by the Ralph Vaughan Williams Trust) and taught at Langley College and Amersham and Wycombe College. He leads the MA Composition programme and supervises PhD candidates in composition.
