David Kohlbrenner

David Kohlbrenner is an Assistant Professor in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. His research focuses on the intersection of software security, systems engineering, and hardware architecture, with an emphasis on how hardware design influences high-level software security. He previously held a postdoctoral position at UC Berkeley's ADEPT lab with Dawn Song and earned his Ph.D. at UC San Diego under Hovav Shacham.
