David Keele

David Keele, CPA, serves as a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Health Care Administration at California State University, Long Beach (College of Health & Human Services). Concurrently, he holds the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the VA Desert Pacific Healthcare Network, overseeing financial operations across eight healthcare systems and 65 clinics serving 1.5 million veterans in Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern California. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Long Beach Veterans Hospital and spent 20 years as a Marine Corps Officer.
