David Kahler is Assistant Professor at Duquesne University's School of Science and Engineering, leading the Duquesne Hydrology Lab. He holds PhD and MS degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University, and MS from Cornell University.
Research focuses on hydrology for developing regions, water security, and point-of-use treatment technologies. His international work includes projects in South Africa examining water quality and drought resilience.
Teaches fundamental environmental science courses and mentors students in water resource engineering applications.
