David J. Denis is a Professor in the Finance Department at the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. Previously, he served at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (1989-1995) and Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management (1995-2011). His research focuses on corporate finance, governance, financial policies, and entrepreneurial finance.
