David Howe is a Clinical Instructor of Social Work in Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and a part-time consultant at the Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC). He has over forty years of experience in Connecticut’s mental health system and previously served as Director of Programs & Services at Connecticut Valley Hospital.
