David Hill

David Hill is a Clinical Professor of Law at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he has served since 2003. He holds a JD from the same institution (2001), alongside a BS in Communication (1991) and a BA in History (1992), both from the University of Utah. His expertise spans Business & Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Legal Education, with a focus on teaching Legal Methods, Contract Drafting, and Academic Support.

Professor Hill’s professional service includes directing the College’s Academic Support Program since 2005. He has received notable awards, including the 2024 Peter W.
