David Gonzalez de Castro is Professor of Genomic Medicine at Queen's University Belfast's School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences. He leads the Genomics and Bioinformatics teams at the Precision Medicine Centre, where his research focuses on developing genomic stratification tools for precision oncology. Previously, he served as Clinical Scientist at The Royal Marsden Hospital and Institute of Cancer Research (2004-2016), where he led the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.
His research explores:
