David Fincham

Dr David Fincham is an Honorary Professor at St Mary’s University, specializing in Catholic school leadership and educational innovation. With over 40 years in Catholic education, he has held roles including headteacher and deputy headteacher. His research focuses on spiritual capital, pastoral care, and distance learning. He authored Being the Good Shepherd and contributed to PSHCE in Catholic Secondary Schools. He received the Class of 2011 Award for outstanding research and is a Senior Fellow of the HEA.
