Dr. David Ferras Segura is a Senior Researcher at the Department of Mining and Civil Engineering, Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (2016) from a joint doctoral initiative between EPFL (Switzerland) and Technical University of Lisbon, and has a strong academic background in hydroinformatics and civil engineering.
