Professor David Evans is an expert in special and inclusive education at the University of Sydney's Sydney School of Education and Social Work, where he coordinates the Special and Inclusive Education designation. His research examines curriculum design for students with special needs, evidence-based practices in special education, and teacher preparation for inclusive classrooms.
Education includes a PhD from the University of Oregon, GDSE from Edith Cowan University, MA in Special Education from Macquarie University, and BEd from the University of South Australia. His practitioner background includes experience in Australian and New Zealand government and law firms.
