David Elrod II

David Elrod II is currently serving as the Dean of the Raymond B. Jones College of Engineering at Lipscomb University. A Lipscomb graduate himself, Elrod brings 39 years of engineering and leadership experience from the aerospace and defense industry, including roles as Vice President of Jacobs Technology and General Manager of Aerospace Testing Alliance, which managed the USAF's largest aerospace ground test facilities. His professional focus aligns with strategic growth in technical sectors and faith-based education, given his family's four-generation connection to Lipscomb. Personal interests include reading, camping, farming, and church ministry.
