About
David Drabold is Distinguished Professor of Physics at Ohio University, specializing in theoretical condensed matter physics. His pioneering research develops computational methods for modeling amorphous materials, including novel carbon structures and electronic conduction in disordered systems.
Current work focuses on machine learning approaches for material design and electronic transport theory in glasses. He directs the Materials Theory Group and leads NSF-funded projects on disordered materials simulation.
