David Doyle is a Professor of Politics at the University of Oxford and Head of the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR). He is a Fellow of St Hugh's College and previously served as Director of the Latin American Centre. His research focuses on comparative politics and political economy, particularly taxation, tax morale in Latin America, and the political effects of migrant remittances.
He has held editorial roles including serving as editor of the Journal of Latin American Studies.
