David Doellinger

David Doellinger is a Professor of History at Western Oregon University, specializing in Central/Eastern Europe, Social Movements, German History, Russia/Soviet Union, and Bosnia. He holds a Ph.D. (2002) and M.A. (1997) from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. (1992) from Valparaiso University.
