Professor David Denyer holds the position of Professor of Leadership and Organisational Change at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University. He also serves as Strategic Business Director, Head of the Leadership and Change Group, and founder of the Cranfield Resilience and Security Institute. His research focuses on leadership, organizational resilience, and systemic change, with notable contributions to safety science, risk management, and public policy.
Denyer has secured funding from prestigious bodies like the ESRC, EPSRC, and the NHS National Institute for Health Research. He has supervised twelve doctoral students and contributed to a 4-star REF 2021 Impact Case Study.
