David C. Bauman

David C. Bauman, Ph.D., is a Professor of Business Ethics and Chair of the Management and Leadership Department at the Anderson College of Business and Computing, Regis University. He teaches courses on Ethical Decision Making in Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to his academic career, he gained over a decade of experience working with Fortune 250 companies.

• Research Interests: Leading without authority, AI and justice, and the application of ancient philosophy to modern leadership challenges.
• Publications: Contributed to journals like Business Ethics Quarterly, The Journal of Business Ethics, and The Leadership Quarterly, as well as the Handbook of Virtue Ethics in Business and Management.
