David Bockstahler

David Bockstahler is a Researcher in the Physics Department at Weingarten University of Teacher Education since October 2022, contributing to the EU-funded SENSE project under HORIZON-WIDERA 2021. This initiative involves 15 Eurasian institutions developing theoretical frameworks and practical methods for integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) elements into diverse educational contexts.

His responsibilities include expertise in phenomenon-oriented and interdisciplinary science education, prototyping learning sequences and materials, and representing German-speaking educational stakeholders in the project.

David is currently pursuing a MA in Educational Science (since 2021) at Weingarten University of Education, building on his background in teacher training for secondary and lower secondary schools (completed 2021) and a 2013 Abitur from Markdorf Education Center.
