David Bills is an Assistant Professor and Field Experience Coordinator at the School of Education, Jessup University. With 31 years of experience in local public schools, he has transitioned from a classroom teacher (History, Physical Education, Health and Safety) to leadership roles including high school principal and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.
