David Bilger is a Professor of Trumpet at Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music. Previously, he served as principal trumpet of The Philadelphia Orchestra (1995-2022) and the Dallas Symphony. He has performed as a soloist with major orchestras including the Houston Symphony, Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, and Philharmonia Virtuosi of New York, and has held recitals in New York, Los Angeles, and other major cities.
