David Bailey is Professor of Practice in Competition Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London. A practising barrister at Brick Court Chambers, he serves as Standing Counsel to the UK Competition and Markets Authority and Hong Kong Competition Commission. Bailey teaches postgraduate courses on EU and UK competition law.
His research analyzes antitrust regulation developments in Europe and Asia, with recent work examining Article 102 TFEU enforcement boundaries. He co-authors leading textbooks including Whish & Bailey Competition Law and edits Bellamy & Child's European Union Competition Law.
