David Autor is a Professor and Associate Department Head at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Economics. He serves as a Faculty Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and Editor in Chief of the Journal of Economic Perspectives. His research focuses on labor economics, human capital, and inequality.
