David Abbott is a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research focuses on reproductive endocrinology, particularly polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and female hyposexual dysfunction. He developed a nonhuman primate model for PCOS, advancing translational studies on its pathophysiology.
