David A. Guay

David A. Guay serves as Associate Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences and Teaching Professor in the School of Marine and Environmental Programs at the University of New England (Decary Hall 406, Biddeford Campus). His administrative leadership supports academic programs across the arts and sciences while maintaining teaching responsibilities in marine and environmental education.

As Associate Dean, Professor Guay oversees curriculum development, faculty support, and academic initiatives within the College of Arts & Sciences. His teaching focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to marine and environmental studies, connecting scientific concepts with policy and management applications.

Professor Guay holds an M.S. degree and contributes to institutional governance through committee participation and academic program development. His office coordinates undergraduate research initiatives and cross-disciplinary collaborations within the marine and environmental sciences.
