Dave Morgan

Dr. Dave Morgan is an Associate Professor and core faculty member in the Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program at Lipscomb University, where he teaches and provides clinical supervision. He has over two decades of experience in higher education, previously serving as Director of Testing Services at Lipscomb University Counseling Center. He holds a doctorate in Leadership, Policy, and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, focusing on systemic therapy and personality type theory applications.

Research Interests: Integrates systemic therapy with human/organizational development, applying Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) theory to developmental challenges. Explores mental health intersections with religious congregations, particularly in church contexts.
