Dave Lester is an Adjunct Instructor in Live Experience Design at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (PCA&D), bringing over 36 years of professional experience in the live event industry. He has held significant roles at CLAIR Global and ShowCo, working with major musical artists as a front-of-house and monitor audio engineer.

His expertise spans concert sound engineering, system design, and safety protocols in live events. He has contributed to academic programs through curriculum development and instruction at both PCA&D and Millersville University.
