Dr. Dave Kampers is a Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and a researcher with over 18 years of experience in Indigenous Studies and Indigenous Health. His work bridges academic scholarship with community engagement, focusing on the cultural and historical roles of Indigenous athletes in shaping Australian national identity and challenging settler colonial narratives.
