Dave Frances

Dave Frances is a Professor at Utah State University, serving as the Extension Youth Development Director and leading initiatives in Positive Youth Development. He has been affiliated with Utah State University Extension since 1998 and currently directs the Engineering & STEM program (2022–ongoing).
