Darija Martinov

Darija Martinov is a legal scholar and researcher affiliated with Singidunum University. She holds doctoral degrees from the University of Novi Sad (2021) and the University of Vienna (2019), specializing in civil law, European/international law, and human rights. Her work focuses on positive obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), contract law principles, and business ethics.
