Danne Ojeda Hernandez

Assoc Prof Danne Ojeda Hernandez is an Associate Professor in the School of Art, Design, and Media at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore since 2008. Her academic career includes roles as Assistant Professor of Art History at the Higher Institute for the Arts/University of Arts in Havana (1996–2000) and guest lecturer at the University of Havana. She led the D-SING-LAB research group since 2012, focusing on multi-sensory interdisciplinary studies. Her work bridges art, design, and sciences through exhibitions, workshops, and publications supported by Singapore's Ministry of Education.

Her research explores contemporary art/design theory, critical design practices, and hybrid methodologies.
