Danielle Allen is a Professor of Government and the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University, where she also directs the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics. Her research explores democratic theory, political sociology, and the intersection of education with equality. Key works include Talking to Strangers and Our Declaration, which examines the Declaration of Independence's civic implications.
