Daniele Lisboa Ribeiro serves as an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia, Department of Cell Biology, Histology and Embryology, with exclusive dedication since March 29, 2010.

Professor Ribeiro specializes in Morphology education with emphasis on Cell Biology and Histology. Her research program focuses on reproductive biology, particularly investigating metabolic disorder impacts on prostate development, laser photodynamic therapy applications for prostate tumor cells, and obesogenic microenvironment effects. Her work bridges cellular biology with clinical oncology through studies examining how obesity and diabetes alter rat prostate structure and cellular proliferation mechanisms.

Based at the Umuarama Campus in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, she maintains active research in prostate cancer biology while contributing to undergraduate and graduate education in cellular and structural disciplines through comprehensive teaching plans spanning multiple semesters.
