Daniel Ruarte, Ed.D.

Daniel Ruarte, Ed.D. serves as the Provost & Vice President of Academic Affairs and Assistant Professor at Life Pacific University. With expertise in leadership development and theological education, he oversees all degree programs, faculty, library services, registrar's office, and academic operations. His career spans roles as founding program director for the MA in Leadership, academic program developer, and educator in theology, ministry, and leadership disciplines.

Dr. Ruarte's research integrates leadership theory with ecclesiastical practice, focusing on developing leaders who transform lives and impact communities through theological frameworks. His publications bridge practical ministry, organizational development, and spiritual formation.

His scholarly output demonstrates expertise in leadership (4 books) and theological scholarship (collaborative biblical research). Notable works include "Inexplicable Joy" (2024) on spiritual transformation and "Management, Leadership and Administration" (2023) addressing organizational dynamics.

Currently pastoring La Iglesia en el Camino in Long Beach, Dr. Ruarte combines academic leadership with active ministry service. He teaches graduate courses on leadership theory and personal development, while raising two children with his wife Yadira.
