Professor Daniel Pick is a historian and psychoanalyst affiliated with Birkbeck, University of London. He holds a position in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Department of History. His research spans 19th- and 20th-century cultural and intellectual history, including evolutionary theory, degeneration, eugenics, and psychoanalytic approaches to history.
