Daniel Möller is a Professor of Literary Studies at Halmstad University's Academy of Learning, Humanities and Society. With a PhD in Early Modern Literature (Lund University, 2011) and associate professorship since 2015, he has become a leading expert in Swedish poetry from the 17th-18th centuries. His research focuses on
- Occasional poetry (weddings/funerary verse)
- Role poetry and masking techniques
- Defamatory elements in historical texts
- Swedish pekoral and its cultural significance

- Developed groundbreaking interpretations of Olof von Dalin's experimental works
