He holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras), an MBA from Pondicherry University, and a BA from Sung Kyun Kwan University. With extensive industry experience, he served as a country manager for a Korean multinational company and founded his own business in India, specializing in cross-cultural management practices.
