Daniel Jones

Dr. Daniel Jones is a Research Fellow at the University of Southampton with expertise in deep-sea ecology and oceanography. His work focuses on biogeography, marine biodiversity, and the impacts of human activities like deep-sea mining on abyssal ecosystems. He supervises multiple PhD students in the INSPIRE program.

His research spans interdisciplinary topics including:
