Daniel Heller

Daniel Heller is a Professor and former chair of the Organizational Behavior group at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University, where he maintains his primary academic affiliation. He additionally serves as an Affiliate Lecturer of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School.

His research critically examines power dynamics and inequality in organizational contexts, explores the psychological significance of work in modern society, and investigates wellbeing outcomes in professional environments.
