Daniel G. Aliaga

Daniel G. Aliaga is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University, part of the College of Science. His research focuses on urban computing, combining computer graphics, computer vision, and AI to develop tools for urban modeling and simulation. He leads the Computer Graphics and Visualization Laboratory (CGVLAB), pioneering work in inverse procedural modeling and generative AI for urban environments. Aliaga has a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has held visiting professorships at ETH Zurich and KAUST.
