Daniel Evans

Dr. Daniel Evans is a Lecturer in Criminology at Swansea University's School of Social Sciences, within the Department of Criminology, Sociology and Social Policy. He holds a PhD and has extensive professional experience working with offenders and the criminal justice system, including a 5-year hiatus as a complex needs support worker with rough sleepers in Cardiff. His research focuses on political sociology, sociological theory, and their intersections with British/Welsh politics, trade unions, critical military studies, and ethnographic methods, with a unifying interest in social class dynamics.
