Daniel Dubrowski serves as a Lecturer and Senior Fellow in Real Estate at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design within the Department of Urban Planning and Design. He concurrently holds a full-time executive position as founding partner of The Lionstone Group, where he leads national Cash Flow Office and US Land investment programs managing over $$1$$ billion in domestic real estate assets. Previously, he spent a decade as Senior Vice President at Hines real estate firm, developing their Mexico operations and executing major domestic and international acquisitions.
His academic qualifications include:

Dubrowski's professional expertise centers on real estate finance and large-scale portfolio development, with demonstrated specialization in commercial office, industrial properties, and land acquisition. His international experience spans Mexican markets where he committed $$350$$ million to mixed-use projects, while current work focuses on U.S. capital markets strategy and urban land development. Teaching integrates practical investment frameworks with theoretical real estate economics.
Active in cultural governance, Dubrowski serves as Trustee of the Houston Grand Opera, Development Committee member for the Menil Museum, and board member of the Greater Houston Preservation Alliance. At The Lionstone Group, he directs investment teams executing nationwide acquisition strategies through structured capital partnerships.
