Daniel Delgado

Daniel Delgado is an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University - San Antonio. His research focuses on three key areas: Latino/a student experiences in higher education, middle-class Latinx interactions with racialization processes, and the intersection of race and spatial dynamics in the Southwest. He is currently writing a book exploring everyday racial politics among middle-class Mexican ancestry Latinx individuals. He co-edited two volumes: *Latino Peoples in the New America: Racialization and Resistance* and *The Spanish Language in the United States: Rootedness, Racialization, and Resistance*.

His work has been published in multiple journals and edited collections, emphasizing critical race theory and sociocultural studies. Delgado resides in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas, where he actively contributes to local academic and community discourse.
