Daniel Cohen

Daniel Cohen is a Full Professor in Private Law at University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Dean of the LL.M. International Business Law (Paris) program. He manages professional master's programs in International Business Law and International Arbitration, teaching courses in International Arbitration, Business and Trade International Law, and Company Law.

He is a globally recognized expert in international arbitration, frequently serving as Chairman, co-arbitrator, or sole arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional tribunals (ICC, UNCITRAL, AFA, CEPANI). His expertise spans both institutional and ad hoc arbitration frameworks.
