Daniel Chia

Daniel Chia is a Senior Lecturer in Culinary and Catering Management at Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore, with additional roles as an Adjunct Instructor at the Singapore Institute of Technology and The Culinary Institute of America, Singapore. His expertise bridges hospitality education and a dynamic 25+ year career in the hospitality and wine industries.
