Professor Daniel Blinka is a Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School, where he directs the Certificate in Litigation program. He holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. in United States History from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His expertise spans Evidence Law, Criminal Procedure, and Legal History.

Research interests include the Sixth Amendment's Confrontation Clause, federal evidence rules, and the historical evolution of jury trials.
