Dana Rowan is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate in the School of Design Studies Real Estate Development Program at Boston Architectural College (BAC). He is also the founding partner of The Exeter Companies (TEC), a private equity and advisory firm with expertise in real estate investment, development, and financial restructuring. His career spans over 45 years, including leadership roles at New Boston Fund, The Recovery Group (now CRG/Deloitte), and Prudential’s Acquisition & Sales Group.
