Dana R. Nguyen

Dana R. Nguyen, MD serves as Professor and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) School of Medicine, with dual appointments in Family Medicine and Military and Emergency Medicine. As an Army Colonel, she leads academic programs while maintaining active military service commitments.

Her educational background includes:

Dr. Nguyen's research centers on medical education innovation for military readiness, with emphasis on operational medicine integration and leadership development for military physicians.
