Dan Svantesson

Professor Dan Svantesson is a leading academic in cyber law, data privacy, and internet jurisdiction at Bond University's Faculty of Law. He holds the positions of Professor and Co-Director of the Centre for Space, Cyberspace & Data Law. His research focuses on extraterritorial legal frameworks, digital sovereignty, and the intersection of technology with international law.
